Service Description

If you are like us, we are having a hard time affording a proper getaway. Save on gas but feel like you are in the middle of nowhere! We are holding a weekend event at the cabin for our 18+ community. Date: June 10th-12th Price: $100.00 + tax Available spaces: 15 people Included in the Price: Healthy Breakfast, yoga in the morning, guided Mycology hike and bonfire with mores every night! Location: UTOC Cabin, Metcalfe Rock. - Review for The Wildlings Mycology Hikes - "Mushroom foraging today with Sarah Ney, owner/director of The Wildlings Camp and forest guide extraordinaire. We learned mushroom characteristics, habitats, medicinal uses, and culinary possibilities (depending on the mushroom) while hiking through the autumnal beauty of the Duncan Provincial Park. Along with her sweet pup Loka, Sarah shared her knowledge and passion of the world of fungi, and exploring natural places will never be the same".

Cancelation Policy

Deposit Policy Your deposit is paid upon registration. This payment secures your registration and is non-refundable. Cancellation Policies The Wildlings Camp welcomes students who are motivated to connect with nature, learn wilderness skills and are healthy & socially responsible. We will deny admission to anyone we believe to be unable to meet the safety demands of our courses. We believe in working with students and their families to find collective strategies to grow and learn from conflict. That said, we will dismiss any student who continually exhibits behaviour that is unsafe or disrupts from the educational mission of a course. If we can not find a solution for your child to participate, they will be dismissed. If a student is dismissed mid-program, there will be no refund. The Wildlings Camp cancellation policies are based on our investment in staff, course planning, as well as food and equipment purchases before your course. We cannot recover our expenses if you cancel. If you choose to cancel or leave a course for any reason: 15 or more days prior to the course starting date; you are entitled to a full refund, minus the deposit. 14 days or less prior to the course starting date or once the course has begun, we are unable to offer any refunds or credits. If any duration of a course is cancelled by The Wildlings Camp Although we rarely need to do so, we reserve the right to cancel a course or change a course duration, tuition or location. We are not responsible for costs associated in these cases. We are unable to offer refunds if any duration of a program is cancelled due to inclement weather, or circumstances out of our control. If a program is canceled due to low enrolment, tuition will be fully refundable or transferable.
