Waitlist Application

We are looking forward to having you and your child join us at Hundred Acre Wood.

Please complete the application form below to join our waitlist.  We highly recommend completing this form when the baby is in utero. Our wait list is unfortunately very long. We will put your child on our waitlist for the month that they turn 18 months unless they are older than 18 months.

Please note that being on our waitlist does not guarantee a spot and that our waitlist times can be hard to estimate. We do not provide tours until your child is rostered and set to attend the centre.

If you don't hear back from us within two days, please check your junk folder as our emails sometimes end up there.
